Where we deliver

We deliver across Canada. Orders in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area are delivered by us directly, with same-day delivery on eligible orders. Everywhere else in Ontario, and the Atlantic provinces, the Prairies and British Columbia, travels with a tracked courier. Shipping to Quebec is coming soon. Yukon and a few remote fly-in communities are priced by hand: checkout will ask you to contact us. We do not deliver to the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.

Your delivery options and their exact cost appear at checkout as soon as you enter the recipient's postal code. It is the postal code, not the city name, that determines the area, so there is no guesswork about whether an address qualifies.

Pickup is always free

Collect your order from 5105 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, ON L4Z 0C9. There is no charge for pickup, and it is available for every order regardless of where you live.

Local delivery

We drive these ourselves:

• Mississauga: $9.99, same-day on orders placed before 12:00 ET
• Toronto: $14.99, same-day on orders placed before 12:00 ET
• Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Georgetown and Bolton: $14.99, same-day on orders placed before 12:00 ET
• Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill: $14.99, same-day on orders placed before 12:00 ET
• Durham and north GTA: $19.99, next available day

The same-day cutoff for each area is listed above and shown again at checkout alongside the price. Same-day orders arrive between 7 and 11 pm on weekdays; on Saturdays and Sundays we deliver through the day, and the time depends on that day's orders. We take a limited number of deliveries each day, so once a day is full, checkout offers the next open one. Bouquets and some flower baskets need extra preparation time, shown on their product page, so they are not available same-day. Orders of 3 or more baskets also need 2 days, and an online order holds up to 10 baskets. For anything larger, request a corporate quote and we'll arrange it.

Shipping across Canada

• Ontario (ground shipping): $28.99, arriving in roughly 2–4 business days, plus $15.99 for each additional basket
• Northern Ontario: $36.99, arriving in roughly 2–5 business days, plus $16.99 for each additional basket
• Atlantic Canada: $42.99, arriving in roughly 3–6 business days, plus $24.99 for each additional basket
• Prairies: $37.99, arriving in roughly 3–5 business days, plus $21.99 for each additional basket
• British Columbia: $41.99, arriving in roughly 4–6 business days, plus $22.99 for each additional basket

Shipped orders travel in a protective outer box. Transit times are estimates rather than guarantees: once a parcel is with the courier, the final leg is theirs, and remote areas can take longer. If you need a gift to arrive on a particular day, choose local delivery or pickup where you can, and order with room to spare.

Baskets we cannot ship

Some baskets are too perishable to travel: anything fresh, chilled or heavy on chocolate. Those are marked on their product page and are available for local delivery and pickup only. If one is in your bag and you have entered an address we would have to ship to, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Hand-packed to order

Every basket is assembled after you order and finished by hand, so it arrives exactly as it appeared online. Orders placed after 19:00 ET begin their preparation the following day.

All sales are final

Because each basket is perishable and made for one recipient, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed. If a basket arrives damaged, incomplete or not as ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
